My professional career in the hospitality industry led to many management roles, but a lasting passion for mixology was sparked after acquiring the skill of pouring the perfect pint of Guinness. This moment taught me the artistry and techniques necessary for crafting exceptional drinks.
Although my life centered on family and managing tennis clubs for over two decades, my enthusiasm for mixology remained. Whether hosting gatherings in Ireland or Tiburon, the joy of creating memorable cocktails and reimagining classic recipes never faded. This passion led to the establishment of Mary’s Mixology, a business built on my love for hospitality and craftsmanship.

A fully equipped pop-up bar is provided at your home, complete with premium glassware and handcrafted mixers (host supplies alcohol). Every other detail is handled, ensuring an enjoyable experience for everyone.
